Software used across the lifecycle of the asset, including but not limited to AutoCAD, Excel, Argus, Sharepoint, BIM 360, Procore, or Salesforce, can generally be connected if the client supports.

How does AI interact with the documents that are uploaded?

AI-assisted extraction is a streamlined way to pull raw data out of files and documents and enter it into models. In the future, additional AI tools will be offered to make predictions based on the data provided.

How do project stakeholders interact with the data room?

Project stakeholders are given a login by the main user, typically the real estate sponsor, and will receive a level of access appropriate to their responsibilities.

What process is used for verifying the source and state of documents?

All documents are given a digital fingerprint when entered into the data room (SHA-256) and important metadata, like who uploaded the document and when, is recorded.
